Services: We offer repair, on site installation, and maintenance of most major household appliances. These include, but are not limited to: refrigerators, ranges, cook tops, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, disposals, compactors, washers, and dryers. We service all major branded conventional appliances (GE, LG, Samsung, Whirlpool/Maytag, Frigidaire/Electrolux, Kenmore etc.) and most high end home appliances (Subzero/Wolf, Fisher Paykel, Thermador/Bosch, dacor, JennAir etc.). We do not provide manufacturer warranty service, unless prior consent for coverage/reimbursement has been provided by the warranty provider.
Refund Policy: In order to ensure your peace of mind. Should a problem arise with a previously serviced appliance (within 60 days of the final service date), we will return for a free diagnostic appointment. Any possible corrections to restore proper functionality, without additional parts, will be done at no additional charge. If further parts are required to restore functionality, the following options will be offered. You may receive a quote with the option to move forward with repairs, the option to have previously charged labor credited towards the installation of a new unit (customer provided - limitations apply), or the option of a partial refund.
Parts cannot be returned once they are installed. Most parts come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty against failures due to defect, or abnormal wear under normal operating guidelines.
